Trinity Episcopal School Food Drive
Canned Food Film Festival
In partnership with 102.9 FM “Old School and Today’s R&B”, Hollywood Cinemas 9 and Citadel Broadcasting, Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana held the Canned Food Film Festival each Tuesday during the month of November. During this drive, local movie goers were allowed to view a movie of their choice for the low admission price of five canned food items. Supporters, who would have normally remained home on Tuesday, came out in droves not only to see a hit movie, but to provide unwavering support for their community. Special thanks to Old School 102.9 and Hollywood Cinema 9 for giving their time and providing thousands of meals to those in need.
